I have had the opportunity to sit back and observe the castastrophe of the past and currrent leadership in the BCSO. It is time to make a big move and change that ridiculous practice of putting puppets cut from the same cloth in the position of leadership that affects you and your families. THE JOB OF THE SHERIFF......
The responsibilities of the Bexar County Sheriff are multi-dimensional and everchanging based on the needs of the residents, department and staff. It requires maintaining adequate numbers of Deputies in the jail division, courts, security, patrol,warrants and community services.
It also requires working with Commissioners Court on matters pertaining to the operation of the department in order to represent the Deputies and better serve the county to the highest standard possible.
